FAQ
Questions Before Your First Visit?
Here are answers to the questions new patients ask us most. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. Colorado allows direct access, so you can book with a physical therapist without a referral. Some insurance plans still require one for coverage, so we’ll check your plan with you before your first visit.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most major insurance plans. Send us your plan details when you get in touch and we’ll confirm your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs before you start.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any referral, imaging or surgical notes you have. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and gives access to the area being treated.
How long is each session?
Your first visit includes a full evaluation and usually takes about an hour. Follow-up sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. After your evaluation, your therapist will explain their recommendation and give you an estimated timeline, which we review together as you progress.
Will I see the same therapist every time?
Yes. Our one-on-one approach means you work with a dedicated therapist who knows your history and tracks your progress from start to finish.
